G-Park London Stratford: Phase 1 (former Kesslers building)

We would like to thank all those who contributed to and participated in our consultation to redevelop the former Kesslers building at the International Business Park, Stratford, over the last year.

Following further discussions with the London Legacy Development Corporation’s (LLDC) officers, we have now submitted a planning application for the site. The authority will shortly be undertaking a statutory consultation, where you will be able to submit any final comments on the proposals. To do this, search for the planning reference number – 23 / 00299 / FUL – via the LLDC’s planning portal.
